I recently had foot surgery and Beth and I did some remote Reiki sessions to help prepare me for both pre- and post-op surgery. During a session I practice meditation techniques that are based in the system of Reiki. Clients may experience feelings of warmth, tingling, or relaxation, and a sense of well-being overall. Specific physical concerns may feel supported and soothed. This feeling often lasts into the next day with improved sleep the night after a session.

In a performance situation, such as at a horse show or clinic, relaxation is key for optimal results for both horse and rider. I attend horse shows and assist the rider with maintaining calm confidence while helping the horse release tension and increase relaxation. I can also help you prepare in advance for a show or have a session to simply boost your confidence at any time.

All creatures can benefit from receiving spirtually guided energy through a meditative approach.

For a remote session we will arrange a time in advance. At the appointed hour, we touch base briefly on the phone at the beginning of the session and then hang up. You lie down or sit comfortably in a chair and close your eyes. The session lasts about 40-50 minutes. It’s fine if you go to sleep or want to keep relaxing afterwards. Then we can text or talk the next day to see if you have any questions. It’s amazingly simple (and powerful!)
